Shipping policy


QuietBag currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on USPS rates through Shopify. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

QuietBag uses USPS as its shipping carrier through Shopify’s integrated shipping setup. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed the same business day. Once your order has been fulfilled or prepared for shipment, it may no longer be changed or canceled.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at luke@quietbag.club. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once fulfillment has started.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

At this time, QuietBag does not offer international shipping.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on USPS shipping rates available through Shopify.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by USPS delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, carrier issues, or other events outside of QuietBag’s control. QuietBag is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed off to the carrier.

LIMITED PRODUCTS

QuietBag may offer limited products or limited-edition items from time to time. Unless otherwise stated on the product page, limited products do not require additional fulfillment time and are processed according to our normal order processing timelines.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, QuietBag is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. If you believe a delivered package has been lost or stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly and checking with your local delivery location or neighbors.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at luke@quietbag.club before your order is fulfilled.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
