hour. The catch? These machines are practically hidden, invisible to the public unless you
already know exactly where they are located .
SnackFinder engineered a brilliant solution to this exact problem, bridging the gap between
consumers and operators for the very first time. Through the app, users can locate nearby
machines, search for specific products, and navigate directly to them. Meanwhile, operators
gain a powerful tool to make their machines visible, manage inventory, analyze real-time sales,
and optimize their data-driven offers.
Behind this game-changing idea is Sebastian Sellschopp, the CEO of SnackFinder. Sebastian is
one of the youngest, most driven founders we have ever had the privilege to meet and. In the
beginning of May, we took his vision and set out to build a platform that Germany desperately
needed.

complex, robust digital ecosystem in just one month and one week. It was a whirlwind of late
nights, flawless synergy, and pure passion, proving just how fast a dream can materialize when
the right minds click into place.
But as anyone in the innovation space knows, building the tech is only half the battle.
Just as we prepared to unleash SnackFinder to the world, we hit a formidable wall of German
bureaucracy. What should have been a straightforward launch turned into a grueling
three-month test of our patience and resolve.
This unexpected detour was a profound reminder that while you must master the controllables,
there will always be parts of the road that are completely out of your hands. When you can't
control the wind, the strength of your partnership is the only thing that pulls you through.
Because of the foundation we laid with Sebastian, those long months of waiting never broke our
momentum—they only strengthened our resolve.
